1. Slight lightening at the stain site
Removing a stain can cause slight lightening of the fabric in that spot — that's a reaction to the stain itself, not a sign of poor cleaning.
2. Old stains and dye-based stains
Stains older than a month are considered set-in — the chance of full removal drops. Dye-based stains (ink, paint, makeup) are harder to remove and may not lift completely — results vary case by case.
3. Pre-treated with household cleaners
If the piece was already treated with a store-bought stain remover, let us know beforehand. Residue from these products builds up in the fibers and can react during professional cleaning — causing discoloration, stickiness, texture changes, or odor. In this case we can't guarantee a 100% result, but we'll do our best to minimize the effect.
4. Drying time
The piece dries in 6–8 hours after cleaning — actual time depends on the fabric and room ventilation.
